H&H Group strengthens its video communications offering with the acquisition of Creo Media Group

The acquisition is an important step in the continued development of the H&H Group of strong communication agencies. With complementary competencies and services among the group, the synergies will bring clear benefits to our clients.
Creo was founded in 2009 by Niclas Grunewald, Emalee Mandl and Henry Askensten, along with a group of experienced television and media professionals. Creo’s five owners now become co-owners of H&H Group. Creo has sales of close to 40 million SEK and 25 employees. Creo supports its clients throughout the entire video communication process, from content strategy and technology consulting, to production and distribution. Their client list includes many of the largest and most reputable global and Swedish companies. One example is Scania, for which Creo recently produced a unique live broadcast with 55,000 live viewers, in connection with the high-profile global launch of its completely new truck generation.
“We have received a number of bids for Creo over the years”, says Niclas Grunewald. ”But it is with H&H Group that we see our future. The group has amazing collective expertise, which will allow our employees to develop, and for Creo to grow faster and deliver better services.”
With this acquisition, H&H Group sales total almost 400 million SEK, and there are close to 250 employees. The partner-owned group now consists of six wholly owned communication agencies: Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, Comprend, Jung, Creo, Springtime and Involve.
We are extremely happy to welcome all of Creo’s skilled team into the group. Video is a rapidly growing area and an increasingly important ingredient in today's communication”
Martin Petersson, CEO H&H Group.
