H&H Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Nordic Morning and Mods. Nordic Morning is one of the Nordic region's leading business partners in data-driven marketing with the aim of driving growth for its clients. Mods is one of the world's leading retouching and PreMedia studios.

The acquired companies have net sales totaling SEK 312,7 million and employ around 170 people in offices in Stockholm, Malmö and Helsinki. The seller is Nordic Morning Group Oyj, which after the transaction will comprise the operations Edita Prima and Edita Publishing.

H&H Group will pro forma after the transaction have net sales of almost SEK 900 million with a fee income totaling approximately SEK 640 million with more than 500 employees.
