H&H Group acquires five communication agencies

Aug 21, 2017
H&H Group has today agreed to acquire Intellecta Corporate, Hilanders, Bysted, Tomorrow and UnReel from Intellecta AB (publ).

The agencies acquired have a fee income of approximately 100 MSEK with offices in Stockholm, Malmö and Shanghai. H&H Group will have a pro-forma fee income close to 450 MSEK with more than 370 employees. After the deal the group will consist of 12 agencies.

H&H Group is a long-term owner of communications agencies. Today’s acquisition strengthens and complements the group’s client offer, as we welcome strong brands and new skills into the group.

H&H Group is an attractive and inspiring platform that through commitment and resources helps agencies to reach their full potential and continually evolve. Cooperation between agencies and employees in the group to become a stronger partner for clients is supported by offering space and opportunity for trusting relationships.

“It is an exciting consolidation in the market right now. Our strategy is to give the agencies the opportunity to become even stronger through closer access to deeper and wider competence, without diluting the respective agency’s culture and excellence. We have worked in this way with all our agencies and it has proven to be a recipe for success,” — continues Martin Petersson.

The acquisitions give H&H Group a stronger position with clients in the public sector as well as strengthening our offering within B2B-communication, creativity, financial communication, social media and motion media. The group will also have representation in Malmö through Bysted, and in Shanghai through Tomorrow.

The acquired agencies are part of H&H Group as of August 31, 2017. More information about the companies can be found on www.intellectacorporate.se, www.hilanders.se, www.bysted.se, www.unreel.se and www.tomorrowchina.com.

We acquire five fine agencies and look forward to growing the potential even more together with management and teams. Our philosophy is based on respect for the integrity of each agency allowing large degrees of freedom to develop.”

Martin Petersson, president and CEO of H&H Group.
