Hampus Brynolf is the new CEO of Intellecta when H&H Group joins forces to create an offering for social challenges
This integration will give clients from organizations and the private and public sectors a partner that masters everything from digitalization strategies and social communication to change management processes with modern design methods and editorial content for all channels.
Hampus Brynolf has been appointed CEO of Intellecta. Central roles in the management of the new agency go to Anna Lindberg, former CEO of Identx; Anna Grieves, former CEO of Savvy; and Anna Strömberg, former Head of Content and Storytelling at Springtime-Intellecta. Karin Ljungmark Malmström, the founder of Identx and most recently part of Springtime-Intellecta management, is the new COO. Alexandra Kindblom, CEO of Springtime-Intellecta for the past seven years, will work at Intellecta as a senior consultant with a focus on client assignments.
Springtime-Intellecta’s employees and offering in financial reporting are to be transferred to the sister agency, Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, further consolidating its position as market leader. With more resources and a larger team, Hallvarsson & Halvarsson can offer clients a stronger group of specialists covering more services: something that is becoming increasingly important as demands and regulations grow, not least in sustainability.
“I’m very happy that these changes mean we can join forces and gather the skills we need to be an even stronger partner for our clients working with important social issues. Hampus Brynolf is passionate about social issues and digitalization, and he has the right skill set to become a successful CEO for Intellecta,” says Martin Petersson, President and CEO of H&H Group.
“Financial reporting is a cornerstone of Hallvarsson & Halvarssons´s offering – and now that approximately ten specialists from Springtime-Intellecta are joining us, we will have the resources to strengthen and deepen our expertise even more,” Martin Petersson adds.
Hampus Brynolf says, “Changes in society like digitalization and the transition to sustainability affect both us and our clients at a fundamental level. With Savvy’s design thinking, and the expertise of Springtime-Intellecta and Identx around social communication, digitalization, PR and branding, we are an unbeatable combination for those who drive change or are affected by it. With 50 consultants in Stockholm and Linköping to start with, we can create value for all types of clients. It’s our ambition to truly understand our clients: their organizations, arenas, and challenges. By becoming an agency focused on social issues and with an integrated toolbox of skills, the future looks bright.”
Hampus Brynolf continues, “Even though location is becoming less important, I’m looking forward to getting established in more places around Sweden and broadening our offering to new sectors of society. Our ambition is for tangible organic growth over the next few years.”
This change means that about ten employees from Springtime-Intellecta specializing in annual and sustainability reports will be joining Hallvarsson & Halvarsson.
Anna Grönlund Krantz, CEO of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, comments, “We are very pleased that Springtime-Intellecta’s business in annual and sustainability reporting will now become a part of H&H. I have the greatest respect for Lotta Lindqvist, head of Springtime-Intellecta’s annual and sustainability reporting team, and her colleagues. Together, we are even better equipped to offer our clients a unique combination of deep specialist expertise, creativity and stable and effective processes.”
