At the H&H Group Annual General Meeting, shareholders recently elected a new Board of Directors. In light of the company’s continued expansion and development, the Board was strengthened with two external members – Ann Grevelius and Ann Hellenius. Both have valuable expertise and experience for the Group, for example in digitization, innovation, acquisitions and financing.
Ann Grevelius has a sound background in banking and finance, and is now an entrepreneur, angel investor and adviser, such as at the British investment bank GP Bullhound. She is also present on several Boards, on the Nasdaq Company Committee and manages capital for the Foundation for Strategic Research. As an entrepreneur, she recently launched the automated advisory service Opti together with partners.
Ann Hellenius has worked with digitalization, innovation and leadership for 20 years, in both the private and public sectors. She has 15 years of experience as a management consultant in London and Stockholm. As a CIO, she has successfully driven Stockholm’s work to create a smart city. Ann now works to drive digital transformation as CIO at Bankgiro and is a member of the government’s digitization council, as well as on the Boards of Volvofinans Bank, Lantmäteriet and Tillväxtverket.
“During the year, the Nomination Committee has conducted excellent work to find the best possible candidates to strengthen our Board. We have a clear ambition to continue to develop the H&H Group, both organically and through acquisitions in a professional and long-term manner. A well-composed Board with external members in addition to the owner’s representatives can provide new perspectives, as well as deeper skills and experience,” says Anders Halvarsson, Chairman of the Board.
The H&H Group Board consists of Anders Halvarsson (Chairman), Ann Grevelius, Ann Hellenius, Claes Bodén, Staffan Lindgren, Johan Ramsten and Martin Petersson.
