Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group Acquires Springtime

Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group acquires Springtime, creating Sweden’s largest communications group. The group consists of three communication agencies: Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, KW Digital, and Springtime, consolidating some of the country’s foremost communications consultants.

The transaction follows the repurchase of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson from its previous American owners by executives and founders of the company.

With three complementary brands, Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, KW Digital and Springtime, each agency is primed to excel within its respective area. At the same time, collective skills development and collaboration between the agencies can offer clients more advanced solutions for complex challenges that require broader areas of expertise.
