Consilio International becomes part of H&H Group

Consilio International specializes in qualified counselling in the intersection of politics and economics.

The company's clients consist of globally active Swedish and Nordic companies as well as foreign companies with interests in the Nordic-Baltic markets. Consilio supports its clients with advice aimed at managing risks and developing business globally. In an increasingly challenging market context, characterized by geopolitical challenges and new phenomena, Consilio assists its customers with analysis of trends and occurrences and translates this into relevant corporate positioning and clear action plans.

H&H Group is partner-owned and consists of seven communications agencies, all of whom with different focus, strategy and culture collaborate to be strong partners to clients. H&H Group's total revenue pro forma 2016 amounted to SEK 405 million with a growth for the year of almost 60%. Approximately one third of the growth was organic while the rest was attributable to the acquisition of Jung Relations, which was carried out in January and Creo Media Group, acquired in September. The fee income pro forma for 2016 was 328 million. The Group's earnings pro forma before depreciation amounted to SEK 36 million.
